目的 :比较 6F、8FOasis ,6F、7FHydrolyser4种流变血栓清除导管在模拟股浅动脉的体外流体模型中的除栓效果、注入盐水量及回收液体量 ,以及与除栓过程相关的远端栓塞率。方法 :用 3d的猪血在模拟股浅动脉的体外流体模型中形成约 2 0cm长的血栓栓塞 ,分别使用 6F ,8FOa sis除栓导管和 6F、7FHydrolyser除栓导管进行血栓清除 (每组 10例 )。结果 :平均除栓时间从 39s(7FHydrolyser)到 94s(6FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1;平均注入盐水量从 15 6mL(7FHydrolyser)到 4 73mL(6FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1;注入盐水量与回收液体量的比值从 0 6 3(8FOasis)到 0 83(6FHydrol yser) ,P <0 0 1;血栓清除率为 88 30 % (6FHydrolyser)到 96 .70 % (8FOasis) ,P <0 0 1;除栓后远端微栓子形成率为 1.5 5 % (6FOasis)到 3.0 4 % (7FHydrolyser) ,P <0 0 1。结论 :血栓清除时间和远端微栓子形成率与导管的选择有关 ;注入盐水量及回收液体量的比值在所有导管都可以接受 ;在模拟的股浅动脉模型中进行水力流变除栓 6FOasis导管是最佳选择
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of removing suppositories, injecting saline solution and fluid volume, as well as the distal embolization rate associated with the deblocking process in the 6F, 8FOasis, 6F, 7FHydrolyser 4 rheological thrombectomy catheters in an in vitro fluid model simulating the superficial femoral artery . Conclusions: The time of thrombus removal and the rate of distal micro-emboli formation are related to the choice of catheter. The ratio of saline volume injected to the volume of fluid recovered is acceptable for all catheters.
