煤炭资源是我国现代化经济建设无可取代的一次性能源,高产高效开采是经济建设的有力保障,煤炭资源一直处于主导地位。我国现代化煤矿中机械化水平显著提高,同时也带来了机械摩擦损耗问题,影响煤炭生产的效率,带来经济损失。为了减少损耗,提高开采效率,采用激光表面强化技术加工机械产品,提高产品的耐磨性、韧性和强度,对减少损耗、提高劳动生产率、增加经济收入具有重要的意义。
Coal resources are an irreplaceable one-time source of energy for the modernization of our country. High-yield and high-efficiency mining is a powerful guarantee for economic construction. Coal resources have always been in a dominant position. The mechanization level in our country’s modernized coal mines has significantly increased, at the same time, it has brought about the problem of mechanical friction loss, affecting the efficiency of coal production and bringing about economic losses. In order to reduce the loss and improve the mining efficiency, it is of great significance to reduce the loss, increase the labor productivity and increase the economic income by using the laser surface strengthening technology to process the mechanical products and improve the wear resistance, toughness and strength of the products.
