目的探讨目标管理在普儿科护理管理中的应用。方法我院选取2016年1月至2016年12月所收治的150例普儿科收治的患儿作为本次研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者均有75例,对照组患者实施常规护理措施,依据患者的疾病状况提供基础护理和用药指导,而观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上实施目标管理措施,对比两组患者护理满意度和护理质量。结果观察组患者的满意度与护理质量显著优于对照组。结论对普儿科护理管理中应用目标管理措施能够有效的提高患者的护理满意度和护理质量,在临床上具有极大的推广价值。
Objective To explore the application of target management in general nursing management. Methods A total of 150 children admitted to our department from January 2016 to December 2016 were enrolled in this study. The children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Each group had 75 cases. The patients in the group were given routine nursing interventions and basic nursing and medication guidance were provided according to the patient’s disease status. The observation group patients were controlled on the basis of the target management measures, and the two groups were compared with the nursing satisfaction and quality of care. Results The satisfaction and quality of care in observation group were significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion The application of targeted management measures in general pediatric nursing management can effectively improve patient satisfaction and quality of care, which has great clinical value.
