部队營養是軍队衛生中的主要问题之一,正確地解決这一問題就會有助於軍队健康和戰鬥力的保持。第一次世界大戰使得部队供应制度和军队口粮的构成都發生了重大的變革。這次戰爭表明了:作戰部队的粮食供應主要是依靠國內大後方,在長期戰爭的條件下,由於大量軍隊的营養要求使國家粮食問题極端緊張起來。因此,当然就有必要嚴格限定部队和居民的食粮,前後方部队採用
Troop nutrition is one of the major problems in military health. Proper solution to this issue will help maintain the military’s health and combat effectiveness. The First World War led to a major change in the composition of the troop supply system and military rations. The war demonstrated that the supply of food by the combat troops relied mainly on the rear of the country. Under the conditions of protracted wars, the national food issue was extremely strained by the large number of troops’ nutritional requirements. Therefore, it is of course necessary that the troops and residents’ food should be strictly limited and that the front and rear forces should adopt it
