宫颈癌威胁广大妇女健康,是女性第二大恶性肿瘤。研究宫颈癌发病机制,发现其基因诊断和靶向治疗分子指标已成为研究热点。核黄素转运基因C20orf54是最新发现的食管癌易感基因,宫颈癌与食管癌的发病机制、危险因素存在众多共同点,因此C20orf54有望成为宫颈癌遗传易感基因,为建立宫颈癌早期诊断及高危人群筛查预警提供重要分子学依据。就C20orf54的生物学特点、基因多态性及其与宫颈癌发病关系研究基础简要综述。
Cervical cancer threatens the health of women and is the second most common malignancy in women. To study the pathogenesis of cervical cancer and to discover its molecular diagnosis and target therapy has become a hot research topic. Riboflavin transporter gene C20orf54 is the newly discovered esophageal cancer susceptibility gene, cervical cancer and esophageal cancer pathogenesis, there are many common risk factors, so C20orf54 cervical cancer risk is expected to become a genetic susceptibility gene for the establishment of early diagnosis of cervical cancer and High risk population screening early warning provides an important molecular basis. On the biological characteristics of C20orf54, gene polymorphism and its relationship with the incidence of cervical cancer based on a brief summary of research.
