本文概述了生物法和化学法两种工艺生产的丙烯酰胺 (AM)的产品质量 ,以及丙烯酰胺检测方法 ,系统地研究了两种单体聚合性能和聚合物质量的差异。通过对不同生产厂产品的研究比较 ,评价了国内丙烯酰胺装置的生产技术水平。论述了在聚丙烯酰胺 (PAM)生产过程中 ,引发温度、单体浓度、介质pH值以及引发体系中各组分配比对产品质量的影响。 This article summarizes the product quality of acrylamide (AM) produced by both biological and chemical processes, and the acrylamide test method, and systematically studies the differences in the polymerization properties and the polymer quality of the two monomers. Through the comparison and research of the products of different factories, the production technology of acrylamide plant in China was evaluated. The effects of temperature, monomer concentration, pH of the medium, and the proportions of the components in the initiator system on the product quality were discussed during the production of polyacrylamide (PAM).
