目的探讨三维能量多普勒超声在动态观察血管瘤治疗中的意义。方法口服普萘洛尔治疗儿童浅表血管瘤56例,于治疗前、后1个月和3个月分别采集超声图像,建立数据库,比较治疗前后不同时段血管瘤的超声图像血管指数、血流指数及血管血流指数变化。结果口服普萘洛尔1个月:VI(0.46±0.08)、VFI(14.95±7.64)及FI(33.31±5.52)分别较治疗前VI(0.52±0.09)、VFI(19.54±7.37)及FI(37.01±5.63)下降(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后3个月:VI(0.40±0.14)、VFI(13.76±5.00)及FI(32.87±3.78)与治疗前VI、VFI及FI比较,均下降明显(P<0.01),差异有显著性。结论三维能量多普勒超声在动态观察儿童血管瘤药物治疗过程中瘤体变化有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the significance of three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound in the dynamic observation of hemangiomas. Methods Fifty-six children with superficial hemangiomas were treated with propranolol orally. Ultrasound images were collected before and after 1 month and 3 months respectively to establish a database to compare the blood vessel indexes and blood flow of hemangiomas at different time points before and after treatment Index and changes of vascular blood flow index. Results Compared with pretreatment VI (0.52 ± 0.09), VFI (19.54 ± 7.37) and FI (P <0.01), VF (0.46 ± 0.08), VFI (14.95 ± 7.64) and FI 37.01 ± 5.63) (P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Three months after treatment, the levels of VI, VFI FI, all decreased significantly (P <0.01), the difference was significant. Conclusions Three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound is of great value in the dynamic observation of tumor changes in pediatric hemangiomas.
