目的:研究促骨方对实验性骨折模型家兔的治疗作用。方法:观察促骨方对实验性骨折模型家兔的局部肿胀程度、X光检查、组织病理学以及对小鼠扭体、热板反应的影响。结果:促骨方连续口服给药30 d,对实验性骨折家兔早期局部软组织肿胀有明显的消肿作用,X光检查结果显示促骨方1.428~8.568 g/kg剂量均有显著促家兔骨折愈合作用;病理检查证明,8.568 g/kg剂量能促进家兔骨折部位骨痂的生长和愈合。促骨方11.94~23.88 g/kg剂量能提高热板法致痛小鼠的痛阈,延长醋酸致痛小鼠发生扭体反应的潜伏期和减少小鼠扭体次数。结论:促骨方对家兔骨折部位具有明显的消肿作用,能促进骨痂的生长和愈合,同时有镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of Jian Kuang recipe on experimental fracture model rabbits. Conclusion: Gushangfang has significant swelling on the fractured parts of rabbits, which can promote the growth and healing of callus, and also have the analgesic effect.
