应用八角环测力原理,设计并试制了三向外园磨削测力仪,针对等壁厚八角环三向刚度相差过大的特点,本测力仪采用了不等厚八角环结构.对两种结构形式的八角环测力仪磨削试验表明由于不等壁厚八角环缩小了三向刚度的差值,提高了轴向刚度,增强了仪器的抗干扰能力,从而提高了测力仪工作的可靠性和准确性.
The octagonal ring force measurement principle is applied to design and trial manufacture of a three-way outfield grinding dynamometer. According to the feature that the three-dimensional stiffness of the octagonal ring with different wall thickness is too large, the dynamometer adopts unequal thickness octagonal ring structure. The grinding test of two kinds of octagonal ring dynamometers shows that the unequal wall thickness octagonal ring reduces the difference of three-direction stiffness, increases the axial rigidity and enhances the anti-jamming capability of the instrument, so as to improve the measuring force Instrument reliability and accuracy of work.
