研究影响石墨炉原子吸收测定铂的诸因素,指出了一定量的氯化铵、溴化铵、碘化铵及硫脲干扰铂的测定。加入硝酸达1%(v/v)可以克服1M以下氯化铵及碘化铵的干扰,但仅能克服0.4M以下溴化铵的干扰。用简易标准加入法可克服100倍或更多的钌、铑、铱的干扰。经过改进的方法应用于上述介质中萃取或离子交换分离后的溶液中铂的分析。
The factors influencing the determination of platinum by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry were studied. The determination of platinum interfered with by a certain amount of ammonium chloride, ammonium bromide, ammonium iodide and thiourea was pointed out. Addition of 1% nitric acid (v / v) can overcome the interference of ammonium chloride and ammonium iodide below 1M, but can only overcome the interference of ammonium bromide below 0.4M. Interference with ruthenium, rhodium, and iridium of 100 times or more can be overcome by simple standard addition. The improved method is applied to the analysis of platinum in the solution after the extraction or ion exchange separation in the above medium.
