大豆又称黄豆,因营养价值较高,是常用的副食品之一.一般认为,大豆不具有毒理学作用,不引起中毒.但由于加工或烹调不当,亦可引起急性中毒.现就我们治疗的生大豆中毒15例报告如下:一、诊断标准:①具有食物中毒(食后10~60分钟)发病特征:②有急性胃肠炎的临床表现;③排除其他原因如胃肠道感染或其他中毒等引起的急性胃肠功能紊乱.二、一般资料及发病情况:15例中男8例,女7例.年龄最大者64岁,最小4岁,青少年13例.中毒方式:吃夹生的爆豆或炒豆12例,食后约20~60分钟发病,食量约1~3两;另3例为饮用未烧熟的豆浆,每人一碗.10分钟后发病.临床表现:腹痛15例,腹泻14例,恶心13例,
