Objective: To investigate the immune persistence of blood-borne hepatitis B vaccine in neonates with hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) -positive mothers. Methods: Eighty-two newborns with positive titers of HBsAg ≥1: 64 were screened out from 1,500 pregnant women by reverse indirect hemagglutination (RPHA), divided into vaccine group and control group : 1). In the vaccine group, the first needle was injected within 24 hours of birth and the second and third doses of hepatitis B vaccine were injected in January and 6 months respectively. The control group received placebo in the same procedure. Results: The positive rate of anti-HBs in the vaccine group was still 5932% (35/59) at the 13th year. In the control group, 2353% (4/17) of the vaccine were naturally infected and became antiHBs Positive, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0 05). Anti-HBs positive in the vaccine group, anti- HBsGMT peak also in the twelfth month, S / N value of 68 84, 13 years had dropped to 17 82, equivalent to the peak of 1/4, but Still significantly higher than the control group. The positive rate of HBsAg in the vaccine group was significantly lower than that in the control group except for the positive rate of HBsAg in the vaccine group and the control group at the time of birth. The positive rate of HBsAg in the vaccine group and the control group was 677% and 47% respectively at the 13th year 06%, there was a significant difference (P <0 05). CONCLUSIONS: Most newborns with HBsAg-positive mothers are still better at 13 years of hepatitis B vaccine immunization?
