我国一大批早期投产的超高压输电设备曾经为国民经济发展作出过重大贡献,但随着时间推移,如今有的设备已经陈旧,技术落后、能力低下。对老旧变电所实施技术改造使之焕发青春成为当务之急由。于大电网经济运行和安全等因素的制约,不可能让这些需要改造的老旧变电所长时间撤出电网,更不可能让复杂的技改工程在宽松平静的环境中放开手脚去施工。因此,如何在复杂的施工改造环境下让老旧变电所重展英姿,是电网发展过程中必须解决的历史性命题。江苏扬州东郊500千伏江都变电所的改造和扩建,也许为解决这一命题提供一些有价值的借鉴。
A large number of EHV transmission equipment put into operation in our country once made a significant contribution to the development of the national economy. However, as time goes on, some equipment now is outdated, backward in technology and low in capability. The implementation of technological transformation of the old substation to make it youthful has become a top priority. Due to the constraints of economic operation and safety of large power grids, it is impossible for these old substations that need to be rebuilt for a long time to withdraw from the power grid. It is even more impossible for them to let complex technological transformation projects be opened up in a relaxed and calm environment . Therefore, it is a historic proposition that must be solved in the process of grid development that how to rejuvenate old substations under the complicated construction and reconstruction environment. The transformation and expansion of 500 kV Jiangdu Substation in the eastern outskirts of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province may provide some valuable references for solving this proposition.
