一、100吨冲床床身断裂的粘接修复云南汽车修配厂的100吨冲床由于操作不当造成床身断为两截,如图1(a)、(b)。该冲床床身为铸铁,若采用焊接,不仅工艺复杂,焊接困难,而且直立导轨与工作台的0.1mm垂直精度根本无法保证。最后采用粘接方法解决了问题。冲床工作时所受的载荷是冲击载荷(动载),对于床身所产生的应力是交变应力,而且冲头轴心线与床身断面的形心不重合。这样,对床身不仅有拉力还有弯曲力,受力情况比较复杂。由材料力学可知,此种变形组合变形,该应力为组合应力。根据华中工学院初步试验,脉动载荷情况下的拉伸粘接强度为静载情况下粘接强度的两倍。又考虑到该变形
