目前,几乎还没有关于非结直肠原发癌单一或多发肝转移灶(LM)手术切除指征和治疗结果的系列报道。现通过对147例接受肝转移灶切除患者的回顾性分析,评价这个特殊类型疾病的治疗指征和结果。
At present, there is almost no series of reports on the indications and treatment outcomes of single or multiple liver metastasis (LM) surgery for non-colorectal primary cancer. A retrospective analysis of 147 patients undergoing resection of liver metastases is now performed to evaluate the indications and outcomes of treatment for this particular type of disease.
