目的幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）感染者存在高滴度的抗Ｈｐ－ＩｇＥ抗体，推论ＭＣ可能在Ｈｐ的发病中起着某种作用．方法共５８例，男４７例，女１１例，诊断十二指肠溃疡（ＤＵ）２３例，红斑渗出性胃炎３５例，其中糜烂性胃炎８例．内镜作出诊断后取窦体部活检，分别作组织病理学（ＨＥ染色）及Ｈｐ检查．ＭＣ计数：采用ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学染色．一抗采用抗ＭＣ类胰蛋白酶单克隆抗体ＡＡ１（英国Ｄｒ．ＡＦＷａｌｓ惠赠），ＡＢＣ试剂盒购自Ｖｅｃｔｏｒ公司（美国）．采用１０％Ｆｏｒｍａｌｉｎ固定之活检标本常规制片，按ＡＢＣ法常规操作．采用显微计数尺，分别计算粘膜及粘膜下的完整ＭＣ和脱颗粒ＭＣ数，每片连续计数１０个高倍视野的ＭＣ数目，结果以个数／ｍｍ２表示．各样本间的比较采用秩和检验．结果２３例ＤＵ中Ｈｐ阳性率７３９％；３５例胃炎中Ｈｐ阳性率５２２％．组织病理学诊断轻度炎症３０例，其中活动性炎４例，非活动性炎２６例；中度炎症２２例，其中活动性炎１５例，非活动性炎７例；重度炎症３例，均为活动性炎．ＭＣ在镜下呈棕色，清晰可辨，未脱颗粒者细胞完整，胞质均匀，胞膜清晰，脱颗粒者则胞膜破溃，颗粒呈喷射状泻出，细胞形状不规则．ＭＣ存在于粘膜的各层，但形态稍?
Objective Hp infection has high titers of anti-Hp-IgE antibodies, suggesting that MC may play a role in the pathogenesis of Hp. Methods A total of 58 cases, 47 males and 11 females, 23 cases of duodenal ulcer (DU), 35 cases of erythema exudative gastritis, 8 cases of erosive gastritis.
