受大海潮汐的影响,海水会倒灌到雨水排海管网系统中,造成地下水质及相关设备的破坏。文中所开发设计的防海水倒灌用大型单向止回阀,采用新颖的设计理念:利用自然力自动开合阀门,即关闭阀门时利用阀体自重及海潮作用;而开启阀门时,则利用排水管道水位与海水的液位差实现。有效地解决了海水倒灌的问题,节省了人力、物力和能源,达到人类利用自然,又与自然和谐相处。本文阐述了防止海水倒灌用大型单向止回阀的结构设计、技术方案和工作原理,并根据三年多的实际应用,总结了尚需提高的方面。
Affected by tidal wave of the sea, the sea water will be poured back into the rainwater drainage pipe network system, resulting in the destruction of underground water quality and related equipment. The paper developed a large one-way non-return valve with anti-seawater intrusion, the use of innovative design concepts: the use of natural forces automatically open and close the valve, that is, the use of valve body weight and the tide effect; and open the valve, the use of drainage pipes Water level and sea level difference achieved. It effectively solved the problem of seawater intrusion and saved manpower, material resources and energy so as to achieve mankind’s use of nature and harmony with nature. This paper describes the structural design, technical scheme and working principle of a large one-way non-return valve for preventing seawater intrusion. According to more than three years of practical application, the aspects to be improved are summarized.
