钢铁中碳量的摄谱法测定,由于技术上的困难,不便在生产上使用。本文用高频火花和中等色散的棱镜摄谱仪,选用了镁对电极,有效地提高了碳谱线强度,作出了碳素钢及合金铸铁中碳的分析方法,可以分析低至0.04%的碳。一、引言碳是钢铁的主要成分。碳含量的高低显著地影响钢铁的性能。由此可见,钢铁中碳的测定对于冶金、机制造等部门具有重要意义。钢铁中碳的化学测定方法很多。基本的原则是在测定碳量时,首先将试样中的碳在高温(1150~1350℃)通氧燃烧生成二氧化碳
