目的测定泰山白首乌种子挥发油的含量并对其进行化学成分分析。方法以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪进行分析,相对含量采用面积归一化法进行确定。结果从泰山白首乌种子挥发油中分离鉴定出22种化合物,占挥发油总组分的100%。在全部被鉴定的化合物中,萜烯类成分占总化合物质量的56.39%,酮类13.48%,酸类5.17%,醇类4.92%,醛类4.85%,吡嗪类3.88%,酯类3.35%。结论泰山白首乌种子挥发油具有特异香气成分,在医药、保健和化工等方面具有良好的应用开发前景。
Objective To determine the content of volatile oil in Baishouwu of Taishan Mountain and analyze its chemical composition. Methods Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The relative content was determined by area normalization method. Results Twenty-two compounds were isolated and identified from the essential oil of Radix Morinda Officinalis, accounting for 100% of the total essential oil. Among all the identified compounds, the terpenoids accounted for 56.39% of the total compounds, ketones and ketones, 4.74%, 4.92%, 4.85%, 3.88% pyrazines and 3.35% . Conclusion The essential oil of Taishan Baishouwu has the characteristic aroma components, and has good application and development prospects in medicine, health care and chemical industry.
