新一轮的课程改革提出,教学不只是单向、封闭、静态的知识授受过程,而是师生多向、开放和动态的对话、交流过程,这个过程既有规律可循,又有灵活的生成性和不可预测性。这也正如叶谰教授所说:“课堂是向未知方向挺进的旅行,随时都有可能发现意外的通道和美丽的图景,而不是一切都必须遵循固定的路线而没有激情的行程。”留意我们的课堂,因为一个个鲜活生命的参与,学生的一言一行,一举一动,一颦一笑都是生成的内容。但同时,也正是因为作为主体的学生无论是认知层次、接受能力、语言表达等等诸多方面都是参差不齐的。因此,当课堂上,学生出现教师所预设以外的答案时,出现词不达意时,请不要急于否定给出正确答案,请你停留片刻,呵护其生成的萌芽,耐心地倾听,等待花开绽放的美丽。
