以脱水污泥为骨料制备用于污水处理中生物膜载体填料,探索以废制废、污泥资源化的新途径。实验使用脱水污泥为主要原料、粉煤灰和粘土为添加剂,得到制备填料最佳成分配比和最佳工艺条件是烧成温度为1000±25℃、污泥掺量为70%、保温时间为40min,产品的主要性能指标中抗压强度达到25Mpa、吸水率17%,污泥填料处理药厂废水常温下CODCr的平均去除率为74.0%、SS去除率为54.1%;讨论了物料在烧制过程孔隙形成机理,对填料外貌、表面微孔结构进行了扫描电镜、显微镜像分析。结果表明,污泥作骨料,可以制备出性能优良的填料。
Dehydrated sludge is used as aggregate to prepare biofilm carrier filler for wastewater treatment, and a new approach to waste recycling and sludge recycle is explored. The experiment uses dewatered sludge as the main raw material, fly ash and clay as additives, get the best proportion of the preparation filler and the best technological conditions are the firing temperature is 1000 ± 25 ℃, the sludge dosage is 70%, holding time 40min, the main performance indicators of the product compressive strength of 25Mpa, water absorption 17%, sludge treatment plant effluent CODCr average removal rate was 74.0%, SS removal rate was 54.1%; discussed the material in the burning System pore formation mechanism, the appearance of the filler, the surface of the porous structure of the scanning electron microscope, microscopic image analysis. The results show that the sludge as aggregate can be prepared with excellent performance of the filler.
