进入21世纪,欧美在娱乐文化主导的体验产业方面大大领先其他国家。与之相比,欧美市场的娱乐工业震撼了全球并感动了消费者,无论是迪斯尼乐园、环球影城还是美利坚MALL、韩国乐天世界都充分展现了娱乐工业的魅力。此前的中国商业多为单纯购物的百货,单纯的餐饮,要抑或单纯的娱乐、体验。形式上,购物、餐饮、娱乐各自为政,彼此之间互动缺乏。近年来电商对零售商业的冲击剧烈,商业地产的投资商、运营商开始把注意力放在如何挖掘商业项目的体验价值。
