目的:观察在增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)模型中几种早期炎性细胞因子的含量变化及其与PVR形成时相的关系、方法:采集巨噬细胞诱发的兔眼PVR模型的玻璃体液用双抗体夹心法酶联免疫吸附测试(ELISA)试剂盒,检测样本中肿瘤坏死因子一α(TNF-α),白细胞介素一8(IL-8)和白细胞介素一6(IL-6)的含量,并进行多元回归拟合曲线分析.结果:TNF-α在巨噬细胞注入后7d上升,21d达高峰值,为309ng/L;IL-8与IL-6在7d~21d也维持高水平,在14d分别达高峰值1325ng/L和998ng/L与对照组比较差异均有非常显著性.结论:3种早期炎性细胞因子TNF-α,IL-8和IL-6在本模型的炎症期和细胞增生期均呈明显的高水平,在癌痕期水平降低,提示它们对眼内细胞增生具有重要的启动和调控作用.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of several early inflammatory cytokines in PVR model and its relationship with the PVR formation phase.
