Chinese history is not, not now, and will not be history within the borders of China. On the contrary, from the perspective of a global history-less holistic study, China history has been a natural evolution from the very beginning of the various synergies and interdependencies of global history. However, quite a few Chinese and foreign historians who hold the sense of superiority or inferiority both compose, understand or describe the history of China either from China-centered or from the European / Western centralism. As a result, in the misleading global history, “center-periphery structure,” China is either being centered or marginalized. The author believes from the identity of global people that the “center-periphery structure” perspective derives from narrow self-centeredness and its derivation of civilized or nationalistic superiority and sense of inferiority. Because non-seeking truth from facts is a subjective prejudice, it can not be clearly and objectively Reflect the history of China and the history of the world. The author believes that unlike the national / national history, global history is a value understanding, interpretation and description of the evolution of the history of the world and therefore can only be based on global people rather than one nation / nation. This poses a real challenge to global historians .
