为了研究航空发动机燃油总管流量特性以及喷嘴在不同进口压力条件下的喷雾周向分布特性等,对某型发动机的燃油总管及大、小燃油喷嘴特性进行试验。采用称重法,研究不同供油压力下燃油总管和喷嘴的流量特性以及单个喷嘴的燃油周向不均匀度;采用高速摄影仪对单个喷嘴喷雾锥角随供油压力变化及喷嘴主油路顶开压力进行试验测量。试验结果表明:随着供油压力增大,各喷嘴燃油流量逐渐增加,燃油总管流量也随之增加;大、小喷嘴燃油周向不均匀度较差,并且随着供油压力提高而增大;大、小喷雾锥角随供油压力的提高而增大,在主油路打开之后随着供油压力继续提高变化较小;获得了大、小喷嘴的主油路顶开压力分别为1.001、0.883 MPa;大流量喷嘴常规特性要优于小流量喷嘴的。
In order to study the flow characteristics of the aero-engine fuel manifold and the spray nozzle circumferential distribution under different inlet pressure conditions, the characteristics of the fuel manifold and the large and small fuel nozzles of a certain engine were tested. Weighing method was used to study the flow characteristics of the fuel manifold and nozzle under different oil supply pressures and the circumferential unevenness of fuel in a single nozzle. Using a high-speed camera, the cone angle of single nozzle sprayed with the change of oil supply pressure and the top of nozzle Open pressure to test the measurement. The experimental results show that with the increase of oil supply pressure, the fuel flow rate of each nozzle increases gradually, and the flow of fuel manifold also increases. The circumferential unevenness of large and small nozzles is poor and increases with the increase of oil supply pressure . The large and small spray cone angle increased with the increase of the oil supply pressure and changed little with the continuous increase of the oil supply pressure after the main oil line was opened. The pressure of the main oil line with large and small nozzles was 1.001 , 0.883 MPa; the general characteristics of large flow nozzle is better than the small flow nozzle.
