目的 观察用碘化油行肝动脉栓塞对集束电极射频治疗 (RFA)肝癌疗效的影响 .方法 1将猪随机分为两组 ,A组用碘化油行肝动脉栓塞后行集束电极热毁治疗 ,B组未行肝动脉栓塞直接行集束电极热毁治疗 ;2临床患者 ,将行肝动脉栓塞治疗者 (C组 )及未行肝动脉栓塞治疗者 (D组 )行集束电极射频热毁损治疗后分别统计 .结果 1离体猪肝的治疗时间为 (6 .0± 1.4) min,坏死直径 (5 .5± 0 .7) cm;2 A组的治疗时间为 (8.0± 1.3) m in,坏死直径 (4 .7± 0 .9) cm,B组的治疗时间为 (12 .0± 1.8) m in,坏死直径 (4 .0± 0 .6 ) cm(P<0 .0 1) ;3 C组的治疗时间 (9.0± 2 .1) min,坏死直径(5 .3± 1.4) cm,D组的治疗时间为 (16 .0± 4.6 ) min,坏死直径 (3.5± 1.8) cm(P<0 .0 1) .结论 肝动脉栓塞对集束电极射频治疗肝癌具有安全和增效作用 .
Objective To observe the effect of hepatic artery embolization with iodized oil on the therapeutic effect of radiofrequency ablation (RFA) on hepatocellular carcinoma. Method 1 The pigs were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with hepatic artery embolization with lipiodol in group A. In group B, patients with hepatic artery embolization were not treated with thermal destruction of cluster electrodes; 2 patients with hepatic artery embolization (group C) and those without hepatic artery embolization (group D) were treated with thermal destruction of cluster electrodes. The results were statistically analyzed. Results 1 The treatment time of isolated liver was (6.0 ± 1.4) min, and the diameter of necrosis was (5.5 ± 0.7) cm; the treatment time in group 2 A was (8.0 ± 1.3) min The diameter of necrosis was (4.7 ± 0.9) cm. The treatment time in group B was (12. 0 ± 1.8) min, and the diameter of necrosis was (4.0 ± 0.6) cm (P <0.01). 3 The treatment time in group C was (9.0±2.1) min and the necrosis diameter was (5.3±1.4) cm. The treatment time in group D was (16.0±4.6) min, and the necrosis diameter was (3.5±1.8) cm. (P<0. 0 1). Conclusions Hepatic artery embolization has a safety and synergistic effect on radiofrequency ablation of liver cancer with a beam electrode.
