斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus puatatus),亦称沟鲶。原产于美国,是美国淡水养殖鱼类中主要饲养对象。1988年10月我们从湖北省引进体全长9厘米的斑点叉尾鮰700尾,经过4年的培育平均体重已达到2.5公斤,部分已达到性成熟。1992年我们对该鱼的人工繁殖技术进行了研究,在研究过程中,对受精卵的胚胎及胚后发育作了连续观察,记述了各发育阶段的形态特征及生态适应性。 Channel catfish (Ictalurus puatatus), also known as ditch catfish. Native to the United States, is the main breeding object for freshwater cultured fish in the United States. In October 1988, we introduced 700-footed Channel Catfish 9 cm in length from Hubei Province. After 4 years of cultivation, the average body weight has reached 2.5 kg, and some of them have reached sexual maturity. In 1992, we studied the artificially propagation of the fish. During the research, we observed the embryo and post-embryonic development of the fertilized eggs continuously and described the morphological characteristics and ecological adaptability of each stage of development.
