为了研究脱硫胶粉改性沥青高温黏度影响因素及高温稳定性变化规律,通过旋转黏度试验,分析橡胶沥青高温黏度变化规律及影响因素,并通过黏流活化能分析橡胶沥青的高温稳定性能。研究表明:橡胶沥青的流变学性能随着基质沥青的油源及生产工艺、改性沥青制备工艺、旋转黏度计转速、转子型号而发生改变;通过键能分析脱硫胶粉表面二次脱硫的成因,并且采用黏流活化能分析橡胶沥青高温稳定性表明改性沥青制备工艺对橡胶沥青高温稳定性有显著影响。
In order to study the influencing factors of high temperature viscosity and the variation of high temperature stability of modified asphalt with desulfurized rubber powder, the change law and influencing factors of high temperature viscosity of rubber asphalt were analyzed by rotational viscosity test. The high temperature stability of rubber asphalt was analyzed by viscous flow activation energy. The results show that the rheological properties of rubber asphalt change with the oil source and production technology of asphalt, the preparation technology of modified asphalt, the rotational speed of rotary viscometer and the model of rotor. The secondary desulphurization The analysis of the high temperature stability of rubber asphalt by viscous flow activation energy shows that the preparation process of modified asphalt has a significant effect on the high temperature stability of rubber asphalt.
