合成了配合物[Cu(phen)(PPh3)Cl]2.H2O,并用元素分析、紫外、红外光谱对其进行表征。X-射线单晶衍射分析结果表明,该配合物的分子式为C60H48Cl2Cu2N4OP2,Mr=1 100.94,属三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数:a=0.979 78(13)nm,b=1.566 10(2)nm,c=1.846 20(3)nm,α=109.138(3)°,β=103.417(3)°,γ=103.417(3)°,V=2.584 1(6)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.415 Mg/m3,F(000)=1 132,μ=1.035 mm-1,R1=0.101 4,wR2=0.212 2(I>2σ(I))。标题配合物由两个独立的Cu(phen)(PPh3)Cl分子和一个结晶水分子组成。两个独立的Cu(phen)(PPh3)Cl分子结构相似,其中心铜()离子采用四配位的变形四面体构型,分别与邻菲口罗啉上的两个氮原子、三苯基膦上的磷原子和一个氯原子配位。标题配合物分子通过Cl与邻菲口罗啉芳环的C—H之间的非典型分子间氢键形成二维网络结构。
The complex [Cu (phen) (PPh3) Cl] 2.H2O was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV and IR spectra. X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis results show that the formula for the complex C60H48Cl2Cu2N4OP2, Mr = 1 100.94, is a triclinic, P-1 space group, the unit cell parameters: a = 0.97978 (13) nm, b = 1.566 10 (2) nm, c = 1.846 20 (3) nm, α = 109.138 (3) °, β = 103.417 (3) °, γ = 103.417 = 2, Dc = 1.415 Mg / m3, F (000) = 1 132, μ = 1.035 mm-1, R1 = 0.101 4, wR2 = 0.212 2 (I> 2σ (I)). The title complex consists of two independent Cu (phen) (PPh3) Cl molecules and one crystal water molecule. Two independent Cu (phen) (PPh3) Cl molecules are similar in structure. The central Cu (superscript +) ions adopt tetrahedral tetrahedrally coordinated tetrahedrally coordinated tetrahedrally coordinated tetrahedrally coordinated tetrazolium and two nitrogen atoms, Phosphine on the phosphorus atom and a chlorine atom coordination. The title complex molecule forms a two-dimensional network structure through atypical intermolecular hydrogen bonds between Cl and the C-H of the o-phenanthroline aromatic ring.
