在总路线的光辉照耀下,祖国的社会主义建设事业,突飞猛进,工业遍地开花,我们偏僻的山区——宁化淮土乡也同样地办起了炼铁工厂,开始有一千多民工,干劲冲天,铁水奔流。但随着新的形势发展,一些不可避免的疾病和外伤也随之增加,领导上为了保证工人身体健康,号召白衣战士奔向钢铁前线服务,因此我也来到了淮土铁厂,在开展工厂保健工作中,开始遇到了不少困难,但总能及时地得到厂党委的积极支持和解决,这是获得工作胜利的主要一环。

Leaders have called on white soldiers to serve the steel frontline to ensure the health of workers. Therefore, I also came to the Huaitu Iron Works and started the factory. In the work of health care, we have encountered many difficulties, but we have always been able to receive the active support and solution from the factory party committee in a timely manner. This is a major part of winning the job.
