证券市场的规范发展是社会主义市场经济运行的必然要求,今年是证券市场规范年,4月份国务院又制定“关于整顿和规范市场经济秩序的决定”,这是保证经济正常运行,保护人民利益的长远举措。证券业是一个竞争十分激烈,而且风险很大的行业,规范化经营十分重要。规范是前提,发展是目的,不讲规范的发展很可能导致经营风险,以规范为前提的发展才可能有效地保护投资者利益,实现证券市场的持续、稳定、健康地发展。
