目前结构设计不考虑填充墙的承载性能,按照纯框架进行设计;抗震验算时只考虑填充墙对框架结构刚度的影响,对框架自振周期进行折减,仍按纯框架验算。然而为保证墙体稳定、施工方便,常采取填充墙与框架柱、梁周边嵌实的做法。该做法导致框架与填充墙形成一个整体共同抵抗外部荷载作用,从而使框架结构的各种性能指标发生改变。本文就填充墙对框架结构抗震性能的影响及目前抗震验算方法存在的不足进行简单分析、归纳,以供框架结构抗震设计、鉴定、改造和加固设计时参考。
At present, the structural design does not consider the bearing capacity of infilled walls and is designed according to the pure frame. In the seismic checking, only the infilled wall’s influence on the stiffness of the frame structure is considered, and the natural period of the frame is reduced. However, to ensure the stability of the wall, easy construction, often taken to fill the wall and frame columns, embedded in the beam around the practice. This approach led to the frame and the infill wall as a whole together to resist the external load, so that the framework of the various performance indicators change. In this paper, the impact of infilled walls on the seismic performance of frame structures and the existing shortcomings of the existing seismic checking methods are briefly analyzed and summarized, which can be used as a reference for the design, identification, modification and reinforcement of frame structures.
