目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中高尔基磷酸化蛋白3(GOLPH3)的表达以及与结直肠癌预后的关系。方法:用免疫组化方法检测123例结直肠癌组织中GOLPH3、c-Myc、P27的表达,分析GOLPH3表达与患者临床病理特征的关系、与c-Myc和P27的关系及与患者预后的关系。结果:GOLPH3在结直肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为60.2%(74/123);GOLPH3的阳性表达率与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移和远处转移,以及c-Myc表达有关(均P<0.05),但与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤分化、CEA水平、P27表达无关(P>0.05);结直肠癌组织组中GOLPH3表达与c-Myc表达呈正相关(r=0.263,P<0.05)。全组患者5年总生存率为56.9%,GOLPH3阳性表达者为48.6%,GOLPH3阴性表达者为69.4%;单因素生存分析表明,GOLPH3阳性表达的结直肠癌患者生存时间明显低于GOLPH3阴性表达者(P<0.05)。结论:结直肠癌中GOLPH3的表达可能与c-Myc有协同作用,其阳性表达患者预后较差。
Objective: To investigate the expression of GOLPH3 in colorectal cancer and its relationship with the prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods: The expressions of GOLPH3, c-Myc and P27 in 123 colorectal cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of GOLPH3 and clinicopathological features, the relationship with c-Myc and P27 and the prognosis were analyzed . Results: The positive expression rate of GOLPH3 in colorectal cancer was 60.2% (74/123). The positive expression rate of GOLPH3 was related to the depth of tumor invasion, TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, as well as the expression of c-Myc P <0.05), but there was no correlation with gender, age, tumor size, tumor differentiation, CEA level and P27 expression (P> 0.05). The expression of GOLPH3 in colorectal cancer tissue was positively correlated with the expression of c-Myc <0.05). The 5-year overall survival rate was 56.9% in all patients, 48.6% in GOLPH3 positive patients and 69.4% in GOLPH3 negative patients. The single-factor survival analysis showed that the survival time of patients with GOLPH3 positive colorectal cancer was significantly lower than that of GOLPH3 negative patients (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of GOLPH3 in colorectal cancer may have a synergistic effect with c-Myc, and the positive expression of GOLPH3 is associated with poor prognosis.
