我们前曾报道dl-PGF_(2α)的定向合成,在此合成路线基础上,我们将消旋的环戊烯内酯(Ⅰ)经打开内酯环后所生成的羟基酸用右旋的或左旋的α-苯乙胺进行拆分,然后分别再环化,得到左旋内酯(Ⅰa)和右旋内酯(Ⅰb),从前者出发,合成了天然PGF_(2α)(Ⅸa),从后者出发,合成了ent-13-去氢-15-表卫PGF_(2α)(Ⅷ_b)。本文简要报告这些合成结果。
We have previously reported the directional synthesis of dl-PGF_ (2α). Based on this synthetic route, the racemic cyclopentenone (I) L-α-Phenethylamine was separated and then cyclized separately to give L-lactone (1a) and dexlane lactone (Ib). From the former, natural PGF_ (2α) Based on this, ent ent-13-dehydro-15-epicate PGF_ (2α) (Ⅷ_b) was synthesized. This article briefly reports these synthetic results.
