加强自主创新,建设创新型国家,是以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央科学分析世界发展趋势和我国基本国情提出的重大战略决策。如今,自主创新已经成为理论界、科技界、工商界一个热门话题。《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要》的发表,更是将自主创新作为我国未来一段时期科学技术发展的指导方针。有国家政策的大力支持,克服制约自主创新的体制上的弊端,未来中国自主创新能力一定会上一个新台阶,一个创新型的国家在不远的将来一定会展现于世人面前。
To strengthen independent innovation and build an innovation-oriented country is a major strategic decision put forward by the Central Party Committee of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Hu Jintao's scientific analysis of the world's development trend and China's basic national conditions. Nowadays, independent innovation has become a hot topic in theory, science and technology, and business. The publication of the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-term Scientific and Technological Development Plan” is even more to regard independent innovation as the guideline for the development of science and technology in the coming period of time in China. With the vigorous support of the national policy and overcoming the institutional shortcomings that constrain independent innovation, China's future capability of independent innovation will certainly reach a new stage. An innovative country will certainly be displayed in the world in the near future.
