采用铝环作为密封材料是一种新型密封方式,由于铝环具有良好的导热性及耐腐蚀性,适于恶劣环境(高速、高温、多尘、振动大等)下的轴与孔的密封,在冶金机械设备中有很大的应用潜力.以下介绍我厂应用它的实况.应用一:图示为650轧机主电机及减速机高速轴轴端的密封,原装置采用了类似环形密封槽(Q/ZB136—73)结构.这种密封方式结构简单、制作安装方便,因而目前采用的仍较多,但其密封效果不够理想,我厂曾出现因主电机轴端泄漏,油液流入转子造成停产的设备事故.后来我们利用原有的密封盖改装为铝环密封方式,运转近两年从未泄漏过.因制作方法简易,维修安装方便,很受工人欢迎.方法是:①采用δ=1～3mm The use of aluminum ring as a sealing material is a new type of sealing method.
