以鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂四工区中厚板坯连铸机为对象,基于凝固-传热学基本理论,建立了板坯连铸三维凝固传热计算模型。该模型根据二冷区铸坯表面实际水流密度分布和辊子接触传热建立边界条件,计算出整个铸坯固相分数分布,并实现了不同钢种和不同工艺条件下铸坯的凝固末端位置的可视化处理,确保现场工艺人员能够针对不同钢种制定相应的轻压下工艺,为新钢种生产工艺开发创造了有利条件。
Based on the basic theory of solidification and heat transfer, a three-dimensional solidification heat transfer calculation model of slab continuous casting is established for the medium and thick slab caster in the four working areas of Anshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The model establishes the boundary conditions according to the actual water current density distribution on the slab surface and the roll contact heat transfer in the second cooling zone and calculates the solid fraction distribution of the slab and realizes the solidification end position of the slab under different steel grades and different technological conditions Visual processing to ensure that on-site craft staff can develop a corresponding soft-pressing process for different types of steel, creating favorable conditions for the development of new steel production process.
