结合拉沐河大桥钻孔桩工程,介绍化学聚合物泥浆在旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工中的应用。聚合物泥浆是一种高分子量的人工合成聚合物,它可以在较低的浓度条件下,创造极佳的黏度环境。它极长的分子链呈卷状无序地分散于泥浆中,穿过不同层面形成连接桥,保证周围地层的稳定;同时,这种作用也可以帮助泥浆最大限度地黏结住被切削下的钻屑,提高钻进效率。
Combined with the bored piles project of Lamu River Bridge, the application of chemical polymer mud in the construction of rotary bored cast-in-place bored pile is introduced.
