我公司矿山冬季生产供热使用的两台SZL2.8-0.7/95/70型热水锅炉,自1992年投用以来,司炉人员发现锅炉炉排两侧的密封板在运行中经常发生变形、掉轨、损坏的问题,造成锅炉炉排断卡、被迫停车的事故。更换修补侧密封板需要把炉排全部拆除,每抢修一次至少需要停炉48小时以上,严重影响了矿山冬季生产的正常进
Two SZL2.8-0.7 / 95/70 hot-water boilers used for heating in winter in our mine have been put into operation since 1992 and found that the sealing plates on both sides of the boiler grate often deformed during operation, Derailment, damage problems, resulting in boiler grate card, was forced to stop the accident.
