随着工业生产技术的不断发展,对压铸件尺寸精度的要求越来越高。例如铝合金压铸件的尺寸为50mm,其公差要求在0.1mm范围以内,这样高精度公差在一般的压铸生产条件下是难以满足的。在一定的生产条件下,能够达到的压铸件高精度公差值是多少呢?这是压铸工作者共同关心的问题。因此,本文综合有关资料和实际工作体会,对压铸件高精度公差的取值等问题进行了探讨,并提出简易的经验计算公式,可供压铸零件设计、压铸工艺、工艺装备设计、检验和标准化方面参考。
With the continuous development of industrial production technology, the requirements for the dimensional accuracy of die-casting parts are getting higher and higher. For example, the size of aluminum alloy die-castings is 50mm, and its tolerance is within the range of 0.1mm. Therefore, the high-precision tolerances are difficult to meet in general die-casting production conditions. In a certain production conditions, the die-casting to achieve high-precision tolerance is what is the value? This is a common concern die casting workers. Therefore, based on the relevant information and practical experience, this paper discusses the problems such as the value of high-precision tolerance of die-casting, and puts forward a simple empirical formula for die-casting parts design, die-casting process, process equipment design, testing and standardization For reference.
