目的:研究建立热水浸提法提取款冬花多糖的动力学模型。方法:选择球形模型,以Fick第二定律为基础,建立得到款冬花多糖的提取动力学模型。结果:根据款冬花多糖提取动力学模型推算出了提取的速率常数、活化能、相对萃余率、半衰期等动力学函数值。结论:建立得到的款冬花多糖提取动力学模型,为款冬花多糖提取工程放大和深入理论研究提供一定的依据。
Objective: To establish a kinetic model for the extraction of polysaccharide from Colletotrichum by hot water extraction. Methods: Based on the second law of Fick, the spherical model was selected and the extraction kinetic model of polysaccharide was obtained. Results: According to the extraction kinetic model of Colletotrichum polysaccharide, the kinetic function values of extraction rate constant, activation energy, relative raffinate ratio and half-life were calculated. Conclusion: The kinetic model for the extraction of polysaccharide from Colletotrichum polysaccharides was established, which provided a basis for amplification and in-depth theoretical study on Colletotrichum polysaccharide extraction project.
