相当多的液压元件的密封槽设置在孔壁上,这虽然解决了油液密封问题,却带来了加工测量上的困难。通常,内孔槽的加工可以用深孔镗刀进行,但要精确地测量其尺寸,则不是一件容易的事。对离孔口较近的槽可用内测百分尺测量(但测头需作适当修正),因违反阿贝原则,存在一定的误差。至于对离孔口较远的密封槽,目前还没有切实可行的检具。如图1为70205型气液增压器的左缸体零件图。对这种位置的密封槽长期以来靠车床刻度“保证”。常常因镗刀移动,刻度差错,对刀误差等原因,造成槽“封”而不“密”,整机试验时液压上不去。
A considerable number of hydraulic components of the sealing groove set in the hole wall, which although solved the problem of oil seal, but it brings the difficulty of processing and measurement. In general, deep groove boring can be performed on the inner groove, but measuring its dimensions accurately is not an easy task. Grooves closer to the orifice can be measured with an inclinometer (but the probe needs to be properly modified). There is a certain error due to violation of the Abbe rule. As for the seal groove farther away from the orifice, there is currently no practical gage. Figure 1 for the 70205-type gas turbocharger left cylinder block diagram. The seal groove for this position has long been “guaranteed” on the lathe scale. Often due to boring knife movement, scale error, tool alignment error and other reasons, resulting in groove “seal” instead of “dense”, the whole hydraulic test does not go.
