少量字案件是当前文检检验鉴定工作的一个难点,其特点是字数少,特征暴露不充分,且特征不稳定容易变化,因素是多方面的。因此我们要做好分析判断,运用合理、客观的检验对策,做出准确的鉴定结论。民事少量字案件与刑事少量字案件特点不同,两者在特点及检验对策都有所差异。因此本文把少量字案件分为民事和刑事两部分来分别研究,从中得到更准确、客观、有效的检验对策。
A small number of word cases is the current literacy inspection and identification of a difficult task, which is characterized by a small number of words, feature exposure is not sufficient, and the characteristics of unstable and easy to change, there are many factors. Therefore, we must do a good job in analyzing and judging, and use reasonable and objective test measures to make accurate appraisal conclusions. There are some differences between the characteristics of the small cases of the civil cases and the small cases of the criminal cases of the criminal cases. Therefore, this article divides a small number of cases into two parts, civil and criminal, to study separately and obtain more accurate, objective and effective test measures.
