中化上海公司成立于1949年7月,是列位世界财富500强企业——中国中化集团在上海的全资子公司。中化上海公司原名“中化上海进出口公司”,2004年经中国中化集团公司批准及上海市工商行政管理局核准,自2005年1月1日起正式更名“中化上海公司”。公司主要经营染料、颜料、中间体、化工原料、医药、农药、生化原料、轻工产品的出口和散装化工品、成品油、橡胶、塑料、机电产品和IT产品等的进口业务。公司拥有生产基地、仓库、储罐等为主营业务服务的配套设施和机构,拥有海关双A类企业和外汇管理局荣誉企业的信用等级和称号,在通关、核销等方面享受诸多便利和优惠。2000年12月中化上海通过英国BSI关于ISO9001-2000的质量认证,并于每年均通过复审,2002年、2003年、2004年连续三年获得上海市出口百强企业铜奖。
