细胞永生化是体外研究癌变多阶段的良好模型 ,其分子机制的研究为深入探讨肿瘤的发病机制奠定基础。细胞永生化过程呈多阶段 ,主要有两个限制点 ,即老化期 (Senescence)和危机期 (Crisis)。正常体细胞必须克服这两个限制点才能进入永生化。近年来的研究表明 ,端粒酶活性表达与细胞永生化密切相关 ,端粒酶活性升高可促使细胞逃避老化期和危机期进入永生化。
Immortalization of cells is a good model to study the multi-stage carcinogenesis in vitro. The study of its molecular mechanism lays the foundation for further exploration of the pathogenesis of cancer. Immortalization of cells is multi-stage, there are two main restrictions, namely, the aging (Senescence) and Crisis (Crisis). Normal somatic cells must overcome these two limits to enter immortalization. In recent years, studies have shown that the expression of telomerase activity and cell immortalization are closely related to increased telomerase activity can promote cells to escape the aging and crisis into immortalization.
