目的:了解武汉市机关和企事业单位人群脉搏波速度(PWV)和踝臂指数(ABI)水平,并探索影响因素。方法:以来自武汉市机关和企事业单位的1 551例体检人群为研究对象。检测项目包括:PWV、ABI、体质指数(BMI)、总胆固醇(TCH)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、甘油三酯(TG)、尿酸(UA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1)、空腹血糖(GLU)、血压(BP)。应用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行分析,χ2检验用于比较不同组PWV、ABI异常检出率,多元Logistic回归模型用于分析PWV、ABI的相关影响因素。结果:该体检人群PWV异常检测率为42.0%,ABI异常检出率为1.6%。年龄大(40岁以上44.6%,60岁以上69.1%),超重或肥胖(48.0%或46.7%),高血压(69.6%),TCH(50.0%)、LDL(48.9%)、TG(55.0%)、UA(49.4%)和/或GLU(69.4%)检测异常者PWV异常检出率高;男性PWV异常检出率(39.5%)低于女性(46.7%)。肥胖者ABI异常检出率(8.9%)高于非肥胖者。与PWV相关的因素包括年龄、性别、BMI、高血压、TG、UA、GLU;与ABI相关的因素是BMI。结论:该体检人群PWV异常检出率较高,并受年龄、性别、BMI、高血压、甘油三酯、尿酸、空腹血糖的影响;而肥胖是影响ABI水平升高的主要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the crowd pulse wave velocity (PWV) and ankle brachial index (ABI) in Wuhan municipal government and enterprises, and explore the influencing factors. Methods: A total of 1 551 medical examination population from institutions and enterprises in Wuhan City were selected as research objects. The testing items included PWV, ABI, BMI, TCH, LDL, HDL, TG, UA, HbA1c (HbA1), fasting blood glucose (GLU), blood pressure (BP). SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to analyze. Chi-square test was used to compare the detection rate of PWV and ABI in different groups. Multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the related factors of PWV and ABI. Results: The PWV anomaly detection rate was 42.0% in this examination population, and the ABI anomaly detection rate was 1.6%. Overweight or obesity (48.0% or 46.7%), hypertension (69.6%), TCH (50.0%), LDL (48.9%), TG (55.0% ), UA (49.4%) and / or GLU (69.4%) were abnormal. The detection rate of abnormal PWV in male was lower than that in female (46.5%). ABI abnormalities in obese people (8.9%) were higher than in non-obese people. Factors associated with PWV include age, gender, BMI, hypertension, TG, UA, GLU; and ABI-related factors are BMI. Conclusion: The detection rate of abnormal PWV is high in this examination population, and is affected by age, sex, BMI, hypertension, triglyceride, uric acid and fasting blood glucose. Obesity is the main factor that affects ABI level.
