目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中结肠癌转移相关基因-1(MACC1)及Cullin蛋白4B(CUL4B)的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学(S-P)法检测正常子宫内膜组织及子宫内膜癌组织中MACC1和CUL4B蛋白的表达,分析其与子宫内膜癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果子宫内膜癌组织中MACC1蛋白的表达水平与正常子宫内膜组织之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。CUL4B蛋白在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达明显高于正常内膜,差异有统计学意义(P=0.007),其阳性表达率与子宫内膜癌患者的FIGO分期、组织分化程度相关(P<0.001)。结论 MACC1基因可能不是子宫内膜癌变的重要影响因子。CUL4B基因的表达与子宫内膜癌患者的临床分期、组织分化程度和淋巴结转移相关,CUL4B可能参与了子宫内膜癌的发生和发展。
Objective To investigate the expression of colon cancer-associated gene-1 (MACC1) and Cullin protein 4B (CUL4B) in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of MACC1 and CUL4B protein in normal endometrial tissues and endometrial carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry (S-P). The relationship between them and the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma patients was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the expression of MACC1 protein between endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium (P> 0.05). The expression of CUL4B protein in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (P = 0.007). The positive expression rate of CUL4B was correlated with the FIGO stage and the degree of tissue differentiation in patients with endometrial carcinoma (P < 0.001). Conclusion MACC1 gene may not be an important factor in endometrial carcinogenesis. CUL4B gene expression in patients with endometrial cancer clinical stage, tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis, CUL4B may be involved in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer.
