目的探讨胰头癌在螺旋CT双期增强扫描中的表现。方法回顾性分析31例经手术和病理证实的胰头癌的CT征象。结果31例胰头癌中,平扫肿瘤呈等密度或略低密度,螺旋CT双期增强扫描的动脉期肿瘤边缘均出现类似环状强化,门静脉期边缘较为模糊且呈相对低密度。多数病例伴有不同程度的肝内外胆管扩张和胰管扩张。结论胰头癌在螺旋CT双期增强扫描中的表现更有诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of pancreatic head cancer in double-phase enhanced spiral CT. Methods A retrospective analysis of 31 cases of pathologically confirmed pancreatic cancer CT signs. Results In 31 cases of pancreatic cancer, the tumors were equally or slightly densitized. The tumor at the arterial phase with spiral CT double-phase enhanced scan showed similar ring-like enhancement. The edge of the portal vein was relatively vague and relatively low-density. Most cases with varying degrees of intrahepatic bile duct dilation and pancreatic duct dilatation. Conclusion The diagnosis of pancreatic head carcinoma in spiral CT double-phase enhanced scan has more diagnostic value.
