孜然的学名安息回香,果实多用作食品调料,也可入药。吐鲁番地区生产的孜然在色、香、味等方面属于上称,在市场上深受欢迎,过去只有零星种植,多为套种,面积少、产量低,只能自给自足。近两年来,随着经济政策的开放搞活,销售量逐年增加,价格上涨,因此种植面积有所扩大。孜然因其适应性广、生长季节短、效益高,广大农户喜爱种植。现将孜然的栽培技术要点介绍如下。
