目的观察疏风解毒胶囊联合西医治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床治疗效果。方法将我院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者130例按照随机数值表分为对照组与治疗组,每组65例。对照组予多虑平口服,25 mg,1次/晚,布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,0.3 g/次,2次/d,维生素B1片10 mg/次,3次/d;观察组予疏风解毒胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/日,布洛芬缓释胶囊口服,0.3 g/次,2次/d,维生素B1片10 mg/次,3次/d。疗程4周。观察治疗后患者痛觉变化情况,评价患者临床治疗效果,以及治疗期间患者安全性。结果治疗4周后,对照组临床治疗效果为87.7%,治疗组为96.9%,两组差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后1周、2周、3周、4周的视觉模拟评分均低于对照组,其中第2周、3周、4周差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显的药物不良反应。结论疏风解毒胶囊联合西医常规治疗能够有效缓解促进带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疼痛症状,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with western medicine in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods 130 cases of postherpetic neuralgia patients treated in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given doxepin, 25 mg once a day, and ibuprofen sustained-release capsules orally, 0.3 g / time, 2 times / d, vitamin B1 tablets 10 mg / time, Shufeng Jiedu capsule oral, 4 capsules / time, 3 times / day, ibuprofen sustained release capsules orally, 0.3 g / time, 2 times / d, vitamin B1 tablets 10 mg / time, 3 times / d. Treatment for 4 weeks. Observed after treatment patients with pain changes, evaluation of the clinical efficacy of patients, and the safety of patients during treatment. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the clinical effect of the control group was 87.7% and that of the treatment group was 96.9%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The visual analogue scores in the treatment group at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those in the control group. The difference between the 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks was statistically significant (P <0.05). No obvious adverse drug reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Shufeng Jiedu capsule combined with Western routine treatment can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of promoting herpes zoster neuralgia and improve the clinical effect.
